Forgot Password    
Apendo Participant Version 3.1 Help > Basic Usage >
  1. Forgot Passwordis new feature in version 3.1 Apendo Participant that use to restore a user ID or password if you can not login.  Terms of this feature is that you have to fill list of questions and answers on Password and Key Form .

  2. Click on Forgot Password? Click here text to show Form Recovery Password .


  3. Input answer from Questions List that has been provided, User ID and NewPassword. And then click OKbutton .


  4. If successful will be displayed information message such as picture below .
